I’ve recently started a similar practice, though without your, um, eloquent names. :-) Last thing before I go to bed, I write down three things I want to accomplish the next day. (I also write three things I’m grateful for, and three things I got done.)

I’m the sort of person who has a very unorganized to-do list, with all manner of errands, activities and projects cluttering it, so the three-item list is a revelation.

I really like the way you sort and categorize yours, though — must try!
